The property has a completely new pre plat approved in 2019.  We not only brought the plat to today’s design standards but we also increased the lot density. There is a sewer line that runs directly on the Western boarder of the property on Watson Road.  It is located just 1/3 of a mile from Sundance Elementary, 1 mile from Buckeye Union High School and less than a mile south of a Vestar built power center.
